The activities held includes the agro-fair at the Mambajao plaza, a parade around the town and the Charter day program at the Mambajao Gynasium. There is also a concert aimed to promote the plastic free campaign.
The theme for this year's foundation day is "Nagkahiusang Mambajaonon alang sa Matahum, Malinawon ug Malamboong Lungsod".
