The ratio of the number vehicles compared to the number of trees surrounding it is very much low. That is why you won't be surprised that the climate there is very much cooler compared to the city.
You won't experience traffic congestion in Camiguin. Aside from only a few number of vehicles, roads are made of concrete pavement so the speed of your car determines the time you would arrive at any destination.
